We want you to love your 2RAW gear. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at monteharrell19@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
- We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Drop the package off and we'll handle the rest.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The funds will show up on your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We'll exchange it as long as the size is in stock. Just email us and we'll make it happen.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
